Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) and STAR Social Humanities and Basic Sciences Accreditation and Rating Association signed an "Evaluation and Accreditation Protocol." This protocol envisages the initiation of the accreditation process for the Management Information Systems Program of MAKÜ Bucak Zeliha Tolunay School of Applied Technology and Business Administration. The signing ceremony took place in the rector's office of the university. In his speech at the ceremony, our Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar emphasized that accreditation is gaining increasing importance in the higher education system. Rector Dalgar stated that they attach great importance to accreditation studies both at the university level and on the basis of individual programs in academic units. He also expressed that by increasing the number of accredited programs, they aim to formalize the rise in the quality of education at MAKÜ.
